
My updated progress picture! My height is 5’3”, my stats are 32, 25, 32. I run a mile every day and eat a low carb vegan diet… and I eat as much as I want.
Only a couple weeks before my ‘july’ picture i was 125-130 lbs! i would starve myself on a 500 calorie a day diet and then gain it allllll back and do it all over again… so that time I got to my heaviest at 151 and decided to stop starving and try exercising and eating right.
Squatting does wonders!

This will be my mantra this week…had my first terrible weekend sice I started this journey…
